The Journey of Mrs. Stephanie Jordan

Mrs. Stephanie Jordan - CEO & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AREA IN NEED MISSIONARY HOUSE

LEADING WITH PURPOSE, POWER, AND HEART

Stephanie Jordan serves as the visionary CEO and Executive Director of Area in Need Missionary House, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization bringing more than a decade of dedicated leadership to one of Metro Atlanta’s most trusted community support organizations.

Since founding the organization in 2015, she has transformed a small outreach effort into a comprehensive, multi‑program nonprofit delivering food security, housing stability, clothing assistance, educational support, and wraparound case management to thousands of families across Clayton County and surrounding areas.

Her leadership is rooted in dignity, equity, and the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to rebuild their lives with stability and hope.

Under her direction, AINMH opened its Community Development Center in Riverdale in 2021, establishing a central hub for the food pantry, clothing closet, school‑based support, and volunteer engagement. Stephanie has built a reputation for designing programs that respond directly to community needs, integrating practical services with long‑term empowerment strategies.

Her expertise in grant writing, program development, and partnership cultivation has secured critical funding, expanded service capacity, and strengthened collaborations with schools, workforce programs, local businesses, and civic organizations.

Stephanie is known for her strategic clarity, operational discipline, and unwavering compassion. She leads with a balance of accountability and heart, ensuring that every program is both mission‑aligned and measurable. Her commitment to excellence has guided the organization through growth, challenges, and major transitions, including the development of compliance protocols, volunteer training systems, and board governance structures that support sustainable impact.

Stephanie’s leadership continues to shape AINMH’s long‑term vision: expanding integrated services, strengthening community partnerships, and creating pathways to self‑sufficiency for families facing hardship. Her passion, resilience, and strategic insight remain the driving force behind the organization’s mission and its growing impact throughout Metro Atlanta.
